SHIPPING
After placing your order on at fantasycloudvapes.com, your order will typically be process and ship within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided on the order with tracking number. Please be sure also check your spam folder as emails are sometimes sent to that folder. Please be aware that during the holiday season, extended weekends with major holidays, order fulfillment time may be extended.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at fantasycloudvapes@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail you return to the following address:
